The Educational Support Program (ESP) provides career and educational guidance, resources, and support to help county employees identify and develop their individual roadmap to success. Our goal is for employees to grow professionally with the County in a way that works for them and their goals, while simultaneously helping the County meet workforce demands for difficult to recruit or retain professions, and general succession planning.  ESP partners with county departments to identify their workforce needs now and for the future, and strategically aligns support to ensure the needs are met.
